pH levels in soil (first soil samples)
My results indicate that North Bondi is more acidic compared to South. As it just rained before i collected my samples, the pH level of the soil may be effected slightly. The pH level of pure rain is approximately 5.6 and sea water is approximately 8, effecting the normal pH level of the soil as it comes in contact with the sea water. As a result of these weather conditions the pH level of the soil samples may have been contaminated and made more acidic from the rain.
